Exciting times ahead for this young family as they swap old for new after we managed a simultaneous settlement today!

Went through loan contracts with a new client for her house purchase this morning and after she signed them this single mum started getting emotional and cried because previously another broker told her she could not afford to buy a house so she thought she would never be able to get back into the property market.

She was so thankful of me and it really made my day, I am just grateful to be doing what I do and helping people out 🙏🏼
