The holy trinity of real flavour
These three are the workhorses of the Chile Mojo dried chile range and while they feature in our Birria Taco Bundle, they also belong in your daily pantry rotation.
Guajillo (3/10 Heat): A sleek, burgundy pod packed with an earthy, charcoal-like flavor and a solid medium kick. It’s the ultimate partner for salsas fritas, pureed moles and slow cooked meats.
Ancho (2/10 Heat): A thick-fleshed, heart-shaped poblano pod. It dries slowly to deliver a rich, sweet, cherry-and-tobacco depth. An absolute necessity for moles, chili con carne, and enchilada sauces.
De Árbol (6/10 Heat): Small but mighty. This "treelike" pod packs a warm, respectable heat. Best used crushed by hand with seeds and all or blended into fiery tabletop salsas.

Sauce with sting.
This is one of the tastiest bunches of sauces we've tried in a while. Murder Hornet don't mess around.
Small-batch. Roasted peppers. Fresh produce. The heat sharpens your meal rather than drowning it - which is rare enough to be worth shouting about.
🔥 Black Label hits like a ghost-pepper powerhouse. Citrus and umami underneath. Goes on burgers and steak, but we've been putting it on eggs all week.
🍊 Blood Orange Agave is zesty, sweet-tart fire. Built for seafood and grilled chicken. Finishes clean.
🐝 Honey Bourbon leads with oaky depth, then stings. The ultimate wing glaze, but it'll ruin you for anything else on wings.
🥭 Mango Verde brings punchy, acidic green mango and tomatillo. Cuts through fat like nothing else. If you're cooking pork belly or brisket, start here.
