We mitigate this by pre-ordering, checking, packing, and managing all bookings, and are on-site to receive and verify every delivery.
Incorrect orders and deliveries happen more times than you would know - and we are able to rectify it, or work to a contigency, without you needing to be worried or stressed.

 3) We manage all vendor schedules and create detailed run sheets

We build structured timelines outlining delivery windows, setup order, and coordination points so every supplier arrives prepared and aligned with the full event flow.

4) We finalise and sign off on floorplans and layouts -
We review, refine, and confirm detailed floorplans so every table, installation, and styling element is positioned with purpose, flow, and guest experience in mind — nothing is left to interpretation on the day.

All styling discussions — including visual preferences, logistics, delivery requirements, access times, and setup expectations — are completed in advance so nothing is left to be decided under pressure on the day
