Exciting progress is underway at Miravale - Angle Vale. 🏡

Construction has officially commenced on our second display village, marking another important milestone in the growth of this thriving community.

With 20 of South Australia’s leading builders set to showcase 33 new home designs, the village will become an exciting new destination for homebuyers exploring their options in Adelaide’s north.

We're delighted to see the first homes now under construction, with Hickinbotham, Statesman Homes, SA Housing Centre and Liberty Homes already on site.

Set to open in April 2027, this new display village is another step forward in bringing the Miravale vision to life, and we look forward to watching it take shape over the months ahead.

Significant progress continues across our Miravale - Angle Vale development this month 🚧✨

We’re pleased to share that asphalt works have now been completed across The Parklands Stage 10B, The Botanics Stage 1, and The Palms Stage 1.

With these allotments now titled, we’re moving closer to bringing these emerging neighbourhoods to life as part of Lanser’s ongoing commitment to creating communities that are better by design.
