Today is the day! We are thrilled to unveil our updated Hot Yoga Studio schedule, meticulously crafted to bring you the perfect blend of convenience, variety, and intensity. We've taken your feedback to heart, ensuring our new schedule helps you achieve your wellness goals while keeping our studio sustainable and vibrant.

Some of these exciting changes come from your favourite instructors' availability, while others are the direct result of popular demand from our feedback survey. Your voices have been heard, and we couldn't be happier to present a schedule that truly reflects our community's desires.
