Full moon in Cancer last night 🌝 and boy, has it been a ride. Being a Cancer myself, I feel like it hit me even harder—like all the emotions showed up at once and refused to leave. Cancer is all about feelings, home, and the people closest to us, and it’s definitely stirred up a lot for me 🌕

The past few days have been so emotional, and I’ve felt this huge pull to reflect, cry, and just feel. If you’ve been feeling teary or extra sensitive too, you’re not alone. This full moon is about releasing the emotional baggage we’ve been carrying and finding comfort in what feels safe and nurturing. Be gentle with yourself. It’s okay to let the waves roll through ♋️

Right now, in the morning, or before you go to sleep, meditate and literally “call your energy back to you. “Imagine it as several chords of golden light that are attached and fuelling other people, places, or things. Remember, this is your energy. You are in control of it. It came from you and it can return to you. Visualise it, call upon it, and breathe it back into your being. Feel the light returning to you. Feel your cells being nourished. Repeat this process intuitively.

The goddess has revelations to share with you. Connect with Her by acknowledging both the light and the dark in you and your life. You should not be hole without them. Your shadow self has much to teach you. Both are necessary for your evolution. On them for a moment with the spiritual practice or journalling.
