A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined me for my 'Unwind" Yin + Sound' event yesterday 💛

It was such a beautiful afternoon of slowing down, softening, and simply being. Sharing that space with such a wonderful group of people was truly special.

Here are a few before photos from the event as I create a closed container with a shared intention of safety, presence and connection. Taking photos shifts that energy of the space, and I am protective of the experience of those who have chosen to be there - that, is always my priority.

For me, the success of an event is never about the number of people in the room. It's about the impact created within that room. It's about providing a space where people feel supported, held, safe and able to truly exhale. That is why I do what I do.

Witnessing the group receive and take away what they needed to, hearing their beautiful feedback, and seeing the connections made over herbal tea and delicious treats afterwards filled my heart. It was also lovely hearing so many comments about how welcoming and beautiful the space feels 🥰

Thank you for trusting me to hold that space for you. Thank you for showing up for yourselves. Until next time, may you continue to carry a little of that peace with you 🌿

As we bow our heads in gratitude for those who served and continue to serve, we pause and reflect on the sacrifice these soldiers made and continue to make for us.

Lest we forget 🌺
