Meet NEW Leap Coach Emma 💪🐾
With over 10 years in the game, Emma has dedicated her career to helping women feel strong, confident, and unstoppable in and out of the gym.
From running female-only outdoor bootcamps to coaching in group and 1:1 settings, her passion has never wavered: to empower women to feel their absolute best.
When she’s not in the gym, she’s making lunchboxes for her kids or out walking with her best mate Polly (who also happens to be a very good girl 🐶).
Emma’s energy, experience and genuine care is exactly what we love at Leap and we’re stoked to have her join the team 💥

👋🏼MEET OUR NEWEST LEAP COACH 👋🏼
Meet Kyle, the newest addition to our Leap Team!
Kyle’s fitness journey started at just 13 years old, driven by a passion for improving his health and strength. This early dedication laid the foundation for a career that took him through seven years of service in the Royal Australian Air Force, with four of those as a Physical Training Instructor. His extensive experience has made him an expert in strength and conditioning, with a love for pushing limits in the gym—especially on leg day, with squats being his favorite exercise.
When he’s not lifting weights or surviving a cardio session, Kyle enjoys quality time with his partner, Seirian, their dog, Lula, and their new baby boy, Luke. Outside the gym, you might spot him enjoying good food and coffee or making an appearance as “Cutthroat” at Riot City Wrestling!
Kyle can’t wait to bring his energy and expertise to Leap Health Clubs, so if you see him around, don’t hesitate to say hello!
