It’s a sewing mystery! My sister has come into possession of this Singer “Slant-o-matic” (model number 401), but can’t figure out how old it is. Are there any Singer enthusiasts out there? What is this???

The Wild Robot “Roz” went to school today! (Along with Wally) He was so proud of making his costume and hi-fived everyone he met. 🥰

Sewing for my new niece!! The top is made from 100% recycled materials (tops etc.) and all 100% merino knits. The insides and what will be the back are all leftovers from previous projects. For my incredibly ethically responsible in-laws, of whom I am especially fond.

Today’s make is small but powerful. This little fella is a chick of the Kimochi “Lovey dove”. Our school uses Kimochis to teach emotional intelligence and self regulation, and this particular Lovey Dove chick may have been loved a little too much and went home with a child. I’m so glad that the PC worker knew she could ask it of me to help!
