2 years ago I received a follow up call from Maria after attended one of her Good Gut Seminar at Higher Health Wellness Centre. Who knew that 2 years later we would be co-hosting 1-Day City Health Retreats.

Maria has a vision:
“To create her perfect day”

That means relaxing, resting, rejuvenating, reenergising and doing it in a holistic way-for the mind, body & soul!

So after many conversations & light bulb moments we realised that our vision aligned. Individually we had much to offer but together we had the whole package.
So we combined expertise.

Maria’s in:
Nutrition & Wellness - Detoxing, Hormone Wise & Gut Health knowledge, Cooking demonstrations, Nutrition coaching & Skin Care support with Facials.
Her passion for living clean, detoxing using the infra red sauna & Modere health care products.
Her wish for creating a community of strong and wise women to lead the future.

Mine:
As a fierce, passionate & nomadic soul devoted to the art of slowing down!!
Devoted to exploring connection, intimacy, sensuality & the most subtlest of universal energies.
I offer intuitive wisdom & supportive body, energy & emotional works to those wanting to explore life beyond autopilot.
My foundation is Bodyworks - I’m a Remedial Masseuse and Reiki Intuitive. I support people with Meditation, Mindfulness Coaching, body movement, chakra balancing, inner child support & intuitive wisdom.
I will people to feel alive.

So with our powers combined Maria launched the first on the 30th of November last year. Truly amazing! And so we’ve continued.
