We are seeking a motivated individual with demonstrated abilities and a willingness to learn who possesses ….

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to form positive stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Highly organised with demonstrated abilities to effectively prioritise workloads and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Xero/Monday etc advantageous
- Payroll duties

❗Tasks & Responsibilities❗
- Handle a variety of admin, communication, data entry tasks, phone calls, emails and other correspondence
- Invoicing
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Assist with onboarding (booking of medical assessments. Inductions, Inhouse systems training etc)
- Detailed record keeping
- Inventory systems and overseeing stock
- Assist with HR Coordination
- General office duties including general house keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the team
