Left over bibimbap fried rice 🍚

So you’ll need;
Leftover fried rice, approx 2 cups
2 cups mixed veggies; carrots, broccolini, beans, spring onions, all chopped up
I used up the leftover over beef & bean sprouts from the bibimbap, but feel free to add any protein you want
Top with fried eggs & sesame seeeds and a tonne of sauce …
Sauce
-5 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbs honey
- 1 finely grated garlic clove
- 2.5 tsp sesame oil
