KTA Takes on the Larapinta Trail – 9 Days for Make-A-Wish Australia
Dates are private for security reasons, and we can tell you it is this year 2026.
The KTA team is taking on the iconic Larapinta Trail over 9 days to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Australia.
This challenging trek through the West MacDonnell Ranges will push us physically and mentally — but it’s nothing compared to what children with critical illnesses face every day.
Every dollar raised through this fundraiser will help Make-A-Wish Australia grant life-changing wishes that bring hope, strength and joy to children and their families.
We’re proud to support this incredible cause and would love your support on our journey.

The Larapinta Trail is approximately 223 kilometres long.
📍 It runs from Alice Springs Telegraph Station to Mount Sonder in the West MacDonnell Ranges and is usually completed over 12–14 sections — but many people (like you) do it over fewer days with longer distances.
