Moss Conveyancing is Albany’s only independent settlement agency. We are a long standing local business that pride ourselves on a high quality property settlement service. We provide a friendly work environment, with great support within an established team.

Conveyancer, admin superstar or budding receptionist? Experience is fantastic but is not necessarily required as we are prepared to train someone who can display the following attributes:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work both independently, and part of a team
Highly organised with strong time management
Positive attitude
Capable of adapting to different software systems

The position would ideally be full time or, if you have experience, we would be open to you working 3 or 4 days a week. Salary would be negotiable, and depending on experience.

The successful applicant will be required to provide us with a Police Clearance Certificate.
