Recently, one of our employees was approached while off-duty — during their own personal time by someone who told them that we “need to learn customer service.”
While we always welcome constructive feedback shared respectfully, this situation felt a little different. We believe that conversations like this are best had in-store, where we can listen, understand, and respond properly, not when a team member is simply minding their own business outside of work.
Our staff work hard, and they deserve the same respect and courtesy we aim to give every customer.
At Leading Edge Computers Albany, we take pride in being honest, transparent, and respectful. Sometimes a customer believes there’s an issue with their device, but after thorough testing, we find no fault. In those moments, we’ll always choose honesty over unnecessary repairs or costs.
That’s not poor customer service, that’s integrity. 💙

We’re excited to announce that from Saturday, November 1st, we’ll now be open on Saturdays! 🙌

🕓 Updated Trading Hours:
Monday – Wednesday: 8:30am – 5pm
Thursday: 8:30am – 7pm (Late trading 🌙)
Friday: 8:30am – 3pm (Early close)
Saturday: 10am – 3pm (Now open weekends!)
