Oprah is a perfect example of a Generator type living in alignment. She built an entire empire being authentically in response to people. She uses interviews as her medium. That’s her power.

But on to her throat centre.

With her open throat centre she becomes the voice for everyone she interviews and for everyone watching. She is able to channel and produce what people need.

Oprah’s defined throat gates make it clear that she is truly living and expressing as her highest self.

She puts words to the depths of the human experience. She literally created the “aha moment”. She said, “the aha is the remembering of what you already knew, articulated in a way to resonate with your own truth”. That is EXACTLY what this channel does.

Gate 33 “I Remember”
Oprah has a past filled with hardships and trauma but this channel gave her the ability to reframe her sad stories into stories that inspire and create hope.

Gate 62 “The Practical Voice”
I remember listening to an interview she did with Byron Katie, who I love but she tends to come across as a bit “woo-woo”and unclear. Oprah wouldn’t stop asking her questions until she completely understood what Byron Katie was saying. She gave voice to Byron Katie’s work in a clear, understandable and practical way that I hadn’t heard before.

Gate 56 “The storyteller”
She tells incredible and important stories from her own life and others lives as a way to inspire empathy and to create understanding of important social issues.

Gate 35 “The Experience Collector”
Oprah is all about experiencing life for herself and sharing her thoughts, feelings and insights about what she experienced.

All roads lead to the throat. Following your strategy and authority when engaging in conversation and taking action is the golden ticket to a healthy throat centre.

A healthy throat centre means less resistance in manifesting your most aligned life.
