Little Late, But Filled With Gratitude πβ
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported our Australia's Biggest Morning Tea at the centre. Your generosity in purchasing our delicious goodies and making donations helped contribute to a truly meaningful cause.
Every cupcake, slice, biscuit, and donation made a difference, and we are so grateful for the wonderful support from our families, children, and community. Together, we helped raise funds to support those affected by cancer and their loved ones.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and community spirit. We are proud to have shared this beautiful purpose with all of you. ππΌ

π¨π» Exploring the World of Vincent Van Gogh π»π¨
Our children continued their learning journey about the famous artist Vincent van Gogh.
We revisited his beautiful artwork The Starry Night and discussed the colours, patterns, and swirling shapes the children remembered from our previous explorations. πβ¨
We introduced another one of his well-known paintings, Sunflowers. The children enthusiastically shared their thoughts about the bright colours they could see and described the different shapes and patterns within the artwork. π»π
During our small-group painting experience, the children expressed their creativity by painting their own flowers while engaging in meaningful conversations about colours, shapes, and artistic details. Experiences like these support childrenβs creativity, communication skills, observation, and confidence in expressing their ideas through art. ποΈπ¨

β¨ Learning the Letter βAβ in Pre-Kindergarten β¨
Our little learners had so much fun exploring the letter βAβ today! π
°οΈπ
Through songs, phonics activities, flashcards, air writing, and hands-on practice, children were introduced to both uppercase and lowercase A while building important early literacy skills. They enthusiastically joined in repeating the phonics sound βaβ and connected the letter to familiar words like apple π, ant π, and alligator π.
Children also enjoyed searching for the letter A in their own names, helping create meaningful connections to their learning. Using markers and notebooks, they practised forming the letter shapes while developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, confidence, and persistence. βοΈπ±
It was wonderful to see the children actively participating, sharing ideas, and showing pride in their learning journey. We look forward to continuing to build on these skills through fun and engaging experiences! πβ¨
