3 Day Guarantee: changes to subsidised childcare hours from 5 January 2026 📣
- Families can get at least 72 hours of subsidised care each fortnight. ✅
- You may get up to 100 hours if you have more than 48 hours of recognised participation per fortnight or have a valid exemption. ✅
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children can get 100 hours. ✅
