Currently I am working hard with Matilda to get her netball fitness level up and perfect the basic skills all selectors look for! Matilda has been working hard for the past month and I have seen great improve not only in her skills but her confidence.

Trialing for a team or school program can be a scary thing for players but with some extra training it can boost their confidence in their skills, as they see their own improvement grow.
