With AML/CTF obligations just days away, readiness was a key focus at AICNSW Education Day in Ballina last Saturday.

Michael Meaney spent the day representing triSearch and speaking with conveyancers and property lawyers about what the changes will mean in practice, how firms are preparing, and how the triSearch Compliance Centre can support firms in meeting those obligations.
