We built this Pro Mod Lockup TH400 with billet bolt together converter for a one of a kind drag car a while back now, and its so cool to see this unique build developing. This car is none other than Neds unreal Billet Duramax diesel camaro!
Ned has created a seriously crazy "one of" build with some talented helpers - so much so, that the camaro is now seeing some track time all the way over in the U.S where the combo is being further developed. Top work to all involved - cant wait to see it race back in oz!

Harrop Engineering FDFI 2650 supplying the goods on top of Nicks 427cui Maloo. 1000hp+ delivered to the hubs all of which is though a TH400 trans and IRS 9inch rear.
It was some years ago we built and tuned Nicks Engine and Trans and fitted the Harrop 2650 supercharger - all which has been fine but was running the factory serp belt, low boost and 98 fuel. The Maloo still had more than enough pwr but we all know how it goes.... Finally the time was made to fit the Harrop LSA drive kit, increase boost and get some E85 into the mix, and then thanks to Shannon from Tune Corp, we were able get it on hubs and use all the throttle to the tune of 1005 RWHP Thank you Nick for your support, patience and legendary humour over years. Congrats, you have one serious Holden Ute!

Quick lil 4l60e update... Cory has managed MULTIPLE faster and faster 9sec passes to a best so far of 9.661 on a 235 radial! Awesome! and job done i reckon! Might have to get the old test rig out again in attempt to keep Cory at bay! Just in time before we change over to a 6L80e platform with much more ponies up front... stay tuned..

1000+RWHP/[email protected]/4L60E TRANS! - Traditionally these three would not all get along ok (and pls dont try this one at home😂). In this case Cory wanted to add some serious power to his street car, retain as much factory gear as possible (full weight a/c etc) and see how far that idea could go.
Thankfully, Cory got the right people involved and it was all made possible. Cory had Jeff Johnson take control of the Holley power management which in this case also included full customised control over the 4L60e trans that worked hand in hand with the 4L60e we had the pleasure to build for Cory using the knowledge gained from our own 9sec 4L60e test rig. Like the 4L60E build, the trans calibration is critical and if either are not up to scratch, a combo like this wont even make it off the dyno, let alone drive multiple 70km trips to and from the track, then drive home after running a 9sec pass, as Cory did on wednessday night!
Well done Cory and nice pedal on that 9sec run!, Keep it up and we might have to get our 9 sec 4l60e parts getter back down the track!
