Attachment styles are formed when we were younger as a result of environmental circumstances… BUT WHAT IF those circumstances were exacerbated by already imbalanced neurotransmitters and DNA pathways that were less than optimal??
Well aware that is going to have some people reaching for their shovel to fight off the perceived inference that we’re invalidating traumas (everything is trauma, on a spectrum) but also given your neurotransmitter profile is the lens that you experience the world through, it makes sense to consider the colour of the glasses you’re seeing the world through now.

Not only would changing those glasses change how you feel, it would also change how you behaved, how you were able operate, change your capacity to relate, manage stress, experience pleasure and gain life satisfaction.

And before someone starts, we’re not here for the victims, if that’s you, you’re not going to change off the back of a post. We’re here for the people who are ready and willing to empower themselves to do life differently, the ones that know they’re meant for more but are sick of the struggle… AND process those past experiences.
