Taylah has worked at Fortem for 6 years, she is a ripper and we love her. Read her family’s story below.

When Taylah’s mum, Penny, was diagnosed with a brain tumour in May this year, it was a big shock for the family. Penny is now undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy at Bendigo Health, and Taylah wanted to find a special way to show her support.

On Sunday, 14 September, Taylah will be shaving her hair in solidarity with her mum. She’s turning the moment into a celebration of love and community, hosting an afternoon tea where friends, family, and supporters can come together.

All funds raised on the day will go towards the Cancer Wellness Centre at Bendigo Health, which provides care and support for people facing cancer and their families.
