Meet Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is our Learning Designer, working to research, design and write the learning solutions we deliver to organisations around Australia. Kaitlyn has skills in designing a diverse range of learning solutions – from eLearning and video scripting to workshop agendas and assets, she is multi-talented and versatile. Over her six years at Thinka, Kaitlyn has contributed to several award-winning programs and our human skills curriculum, powered by Thinka's ‘connected classroom’ approach.

With a background in Arts (and a BA from La Trobe University), Kaitlyn loves that every day brings something new and enjoys the process of turning raw ideas into high-quality learning.
