Hey all, Just a reminder of the schedule for the group fitness classes each week. Feel free to send me a message for more information or to come along to a class.

8 week weight loss challenge. Weigh in the week of Monday 27th April and ending the week of Monday 22nd June
All participants will need to attend a private training session with me, qualified exercise physiologist and personal trainer, either individually, or can be with a friend.
Prices are as follows:
30 minutes
1:1 $30
2+:1 $25 each

45 minutes:
1:1 $45
2+:1 $35 each

Group classes are at the discounted rate of $15 for 1 class per week
$25 for 2 classes per week
$30 for 3 classes per week.
Sessions are all ran from my home business in Golden square.
Nutrition and exercise advice will be included.
Kids are welcome to come to sessions and play with my kids in the safe and secure back yard.
Winner to be awarded with 4 free personal training sessions and runners up with 2.
Start up cost of $50 dollars includes the initial consult session which includes: nutrition advice, fitness testing, initial measurements, photos and exercise programming
Measurements include: pre and post photos, fortnightly weight and girth measures and Small fitness test at the start middle and end of challenge.
Encouragement and guidance will be given along the way with a work out of the week 🙂
