stage inspection today. Generally a great job by this . Good to see window flashings being installed in accordance with the latest NCC (all too often we still don't). They missed the centre nailing of the Hyne bracing in some areas - a critical oversight, and failed to pin some of the structural columns together. Provided these items are fixed, this home is well on the way to becoming a sound and comfortable .
