Flea eggs and larvae can survive for months in carpet fibres, bedding, and upholstery, waiting for the right conditions to hatch. A warm home during winter is exactly those conditions.

Where fleas come from:

• Pets carrying fleas indoors from the garden or contact with other animals

This is a Trithor Termite Protection physical termite barrier installed at a cold joint, the junction between a concrete slab and a wall or footing. Cold joints are a common entry point for subterranean termites in any construction if not properly termite protected.

Why cold joints matter:

• Any join between two separate concrete pours creates a potential gap
• Subterranean termites can pass through gaps as small as 1mm
• Without a physical or chemical termite barrier at these points, termites can enter the structure undetected

What we install at these points:

• A continuous physical barrier material lining the full perimeter of the cold joint
• Compliant with Australian Standard AS3660.1
• Approved for use under the National Construction Code
