Just wanted to give a shout out to member Nardia!
We’ve been working together 1:1 now for a few years to build strength. She never fails to put in the effort and the results are speaking for themselves.
This past year she’s added 7.5kg to both her Push Press and Bench Press maxes, 12.5kg to her Back Squat (and is now hitting below parallel) and a massive 20kg to her Deadlift.
You’ll always see Nardia in a weekend Kettlebell class or weekday 5:30am Boxing classes. Definitely give her a fist bump next time you see her!
