We know it’s not always possible in this day and age to keep everything on-shore, but we believe that where we can we should. Offering screen printing, embroidery, transfer printing, and Direct-To-Garment services on-shore is one of the ways we get to give back to our community. Today marks the anniversary of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. This document was adopted into the general assembly in 2007 and is the most detailed international document on the rights of Indigenous peoples.

It establishes a universal framework of minimum standards for the survival, dignity and well-being of the Indigenous peoples of the world. It is particularly significant because Indigenous peoples, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, were involved in its drafting. Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States initially voted against the bill but have since pledged their support. It’s a moment to reflect on Australia's journey towards becoming a reconciliation nation.

On this day, we celebrate the diversity, endurance and determination of the world’s Indigenous Cultures.
