Project Flashback: Ripley Mixed Use
Looking back on one of our favourite projects! The Ripley Mixed Use development brought together a beautifully designed childcare centre and two well-known favourites — Guzman Y Gomez and Red Rooster — creating a vibrant hub for the community.
This was a huge 10,000m² site with some real challenges, including 7m-high retaining walls and complex civil works. But with teamwork, dedication, and strong delivery focus, it all came together within 12 months.
A big congratulations to our construction partners at Prekaro Projects, who were recognised with a Master Builders Queensland Award for their outstanding work on this development. Well deserved! 👏
