Spring Gully Dam, 2018. Our first project as PD Project Delivery.

Bulk earthworks. Cut to fill. 621 scrapers, dozers and graders working across a rural site in the middle of nowhere.

From day one we changed the entire methodology from what was tendered. Different plant. Different approach. We looked at how it was planned, decided it wasn’t right, and backed ourselves to do it better.

It worked. We smashed the m3, finished strong, and had a good time doing it with the team.

That project set the tone for how we operate. Get on site, assess the reality, and don’t be precious about the plan if a better one exists.

That’s still how we work today.
