We glamourise drinking, we pressure people who choose not to drink, and then we shame those who struggle with addiction… even though the same society encouraged the behaviour in the first place.

If you’ve ever felt judged for choosing sobriety, or pressured into drinking when you didn’t want to — you’re not alone. And if you’re working on your sobriety, you deserve nothing but respect and support.
