Seeking Support Coordinator!
We are looking for a Support Coordinator for a male client with Vietnamese background (the client can speak fluent English though). The client is about to have his plan review, and would need to have a new Support Coordinator to be on board as soon as he receive his new plan. Client is based in Southside Brisbane.
As a provider, we are keen to work with experienced, but more importantly, responsible and caring support coordinators who can help us make a difference in the daily lives of the participants in order for them to achieve their goals.
