It's been quite a while since this page was updated! So here's an update

Tl;dr Facebook for business is a bit clunky so I abandoned it last year.

Not sure if it's something to do with this account specifically, or the platform in general, but messages don't come through for 12-24 hours unless it's already opened

On Instagram, Ecstatikjp is extremely active. Messages are answered pretty quickly and all content is posted there.

Also, it also allows us to promote and ship internationally super easily
