Wearing sunscreen is crucial as it helps protect your skin from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays emitted by the sun. Always wear at least Spf 30+, two fingers length amount and twice a day.
I always say to my beautiful clients that sunscreen is the best anti aging cream. Together with your prescribed home care and regular facial treatment.
