Good luck to all P2P athletes running in the Gold Coast marathon this weekend!
Remember to smile for the cameras like Troy does, and a few tips from Troy and how he prepped before his half marathon weeks ago!
1. Carb Load plan 24hrs if doing the half marathon or 48hr carb load if doing the full
2. Trigger Release work and stretching the night before
3. Warm up and activate the glutes, quads, calves and hamstrings prior to the event. Warm muscles are happy muscles!

We have seen an increasing number of cases of ‘shin splints’ coming into the clinic lately.
So for everyone, especially all our runners 🏃♂️ , here’s a little insight into the condition.
If you think you may be experiencing shin splints or if shin splints are affecting your training, book in an appointment with one of our Myotherapists.

We have reached the end of another year at P2P with the last day in clinic today.
We will be closed from the 24th of December until the 2nd of January with the clinic reopening from the 3rd of January. 🗓️
