I would like to say a big thank you to my volunteer clients and their beautiful babies. It has been wonderful working with you over the past few months and seeing the positive changes that the Ready Settle Sleep program has brought to your lives.

Are you spending hours trying to get your little one down for the night? Rocking and shushing and patting them endlessly? Are you finding yourself dreading the evening? Can't remember the last time you and your partner enjoyed dinner together... while it was still warm... at a reasonable time... with both arms?!

Bedtime doesn't have to be the hardest part of your day. It CAN be enjoyable, easy and predictable. You can make a change. It is within your reach to learn new skills and restore harmony to your household.

Establishing an age appropriate routine, learning effective and proven settling techniques and meeting your baby's needs are all part of the Ready Settle Sleep approach.
