Building post-pandemic is challenging, but we got there in the end on this new build without compromising on quality or integrity.

In an area largely dominated by white coastal architecture this owner dared to be different and the results speak for themselves.

Black and bold, tall dark and handsome. Plus they took advantage of the generous height limits to capture stunning sea and sunset views.

Metres to the white sand surf beach, cafes, shops, even Coles!

It was a pleasure to complete this project and now it’s ready to be enjoyed by its new owners.
