Franklin St Town Houses is a contemporary residential development comprising five new townhouses in the heart of Nundah. The project responds to its suburban context through articulated forms, pitched roof profiles, and a warm, natural material palette that softens the building’s urban presence.

Timber cladding, vertical screening, and generous glazing create depth and rhythm along the street, while balconies and landscaped setbacks enhance privacy and connection to the outdoors. Internally, each townhouse is designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, and functionality, supporting modern family living within a compact footprint.

The development offers a refined yet approachable model for medium-density housing, balancing architectural expression with livability and neighbourhood character.
