This G-Wagon was brought in for a complete matte PPF conversion, and the final result is absolutely stunning! We wrapped the entire vehicle in matte film to completely transform its appearance while protecting the factory paint underneath from stone chips, scratches, and everyday wear.

With a G-Class, the small details truly make a big difference. Many installations rely heavily on relief cuts around corners and other challenging areas. However, for this project, we invested extra time to refine those areas, minimizing visible cuts and joints for a much cleaner and more seamless finish.

Most people might not immediately notice this level of work, but it's what distinguishes a mediocre installation from one that looks factory-finished. We also removed and properly wrapped as many sections as possible instead of taking shortcuts. This approach allows the satin finish to flow consistently around the car without broken edges or exposed paint lines.

The matte finish not only enhances the aesthetics of the G-Wagon but also changes its overall feel. In direct sunlight, it showcases a smooth satin metallic look, while in darker conditions, it takes on a stealthy appearance.

This Patrol got a pretty wild one 👌

We did a full custom PPF layout on this car with the bottom half in matte and the top half in gloss, with the transition carefully finished through the rear quarter dogleg so the join follows the natural body lines and looks intentional and balanced.

We also removed the factory chrome components and had them refinished in black, which completely changed the overall look. Much cleaner, much tougher, and it works perfectly with the two-tone finish.

This sort of job takes a lot more thought than just wrapping a whole car in one finish. The line placement has to work with the body shape, the contrast has to make sense, and the finishing has to be dead right or it looks off straight away.

The end result is subtle from a distance, but heaps of detail when you get up close.

🛡️ Defender out the door with full body PPF

These get driven properly, highways, dirt, car parks, the lot so it made sense to just protect the whole thing instead of chasing chips later.

We went full coverage so every painted panel is now protected. Reaction’s got that nice gloss finish and self-healing, so it keeps the car looking clean without constantly stressing about marks or wash damage.

⚡️Tesla Model Y Properly Protected🛡️

This Model Y came in for the works because let’s be real… Brisbane roads + highway driving will chew up soft paint pretty quickly.

We installed Suntek Reaction PPF over the high-impact areas to take the hit where it matters most stone chips, bug splatter, sand blasting on the motorway, random shopping trolley love taps… all the fun stuff. Reaction is also self-healing, so light marks disappear with a bit of heat, and it keeps that clean OEM gloss.

We coated the rest of the painted panels with Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra. That gives it proper chemical resistance (bird poo, harsh washes, road grime), makes it way easier to clean, and helps keep the paint looking fresh long term.

Simple goal with this one: drive it hard, clean it easy, keep it looking new.
