Felt alittle lazy today and cheated by chargrilling the capsicums on my gas stove....

Feeling very thankful today. Not only do my clients learn from me but today I sat down with my client with a coffee and learnt all about her snakes, feeding, breading and everything in between.... very interesting..... still super scared being around them but each week my confidence grows. Today I got close enough to take some photos.

While its been 35% outside I've been cooking for a client in aircon,

Been a busy wee chef this morning.... cooking up a few things, Fried Rice, Sausage Rolls, Chicken Parmi, Eggplant Parmi, Lettuce Salad and a scrumptious Lemon Cheesecake
