Our Journey
H & H began with an Albion penthouse listing in 2015. It was definitely a challenging sale, but isn’t it amazing how a challenge can also offer the greatest opportunities?
That opportunity came in the form of ‘Banc’, a prestigious high-rise apartment development on Coronation Drive, Toowong. Our ad for the penthouse captured the attention of the developer and we got called in to deliver a presentation. Fast forward 9 months and we’d sold over $26 million worth of apartments with an average sale price of $1.875 million!
Since then, H & H has grown faster than anyone could’ve imagined and now we have offices in both Hawthorne and New Farm and tomorrow? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see which wonderful inner-city location we’ll pop up next.
