Rope climbs are a fundamental gymnastics movement developing unilateral bent arm strength, core stability, one arm chin up specific strength, and coordination, but can also work really well as part of a well structured conditioning circuit 😅
We love pairing big compound movements like rope climbs with a higher rep exercise working antagonistic muscles, and something purely aerobic 😅
Today’s conditioning piece was just that:
