Will walking help your back pain?
It depends...and technique is paramount!
Avoid the lethargic, stiff shuffle that back pain encourages.
Aim to walk loose and brisk, especially with the shoulders.
Once you have good technique locked in, look to gradually build walking time from 5 minutes to 45 minutes.
