New website cooking along nicely…
While my hometown is now in locked down, it’s great that the face to face training I designed on the topic of leadership conversations was converted to an online program and it rolled out today on the first day of lockdown without a hitch - well done to UnitingCare Queensland for the foresight to do this conversion so leaders are developing and learning particularly in the healthcare sector who are on the frontline - this allows leaders to find ways to support their staff during difficult times. It was an interesting process for me learning how to create an online program to be engaging and interactive and avoid the zoom tunnel
