👷‍♂️ Working in the Building & Construction Industry in NSW? 👷‍♀️

You can now lodge your service for the 2025 financial year with the Long Service Corporation.
The NSW Long Service Corporation (LSC NSW) administers a scheme that provides portable long service leave to eligible workers in the building and construction industry.

If you are an employee, your employer is responsible for recording your service each year. If you are self employed, you are responsible for ensuring your service lodgements are kept up to date.

✅ Each financial year lodged counts towards your portable long service entitlements
✅ Service must be reported through a Registered Tax Agent
✅ Don’t miss out on the service credits you’re entitled to

Once you reach 10 years of service, you may be eligible to:
🏖️take paid long service leave through your employer, or
💰receive a lump sum payment from LSC NSW if you’ve worked across multiple employers or as a contractor, or
🧑‍🔧 continue accruing your service to use at a later date.
