This was a fabulous transformation. My customer came to me with a precious heirloom that contained a stunning Old European-cut diamond, beautifully cut and of great colour and clarity. She requested a simple six-claw setting, and not even I could believe the difference it made to the diamond. The original setting wasn’t quite the right fit for the diamond; it may have originally had a different stone and didn’t do it justice. It wasn’t to my customer’s taste either, so she hadn’t been wearing it. Not only is the ring beautiful, but it is also precisely what suits her, and looks breathtaking on her hand.
