The National Advocacy Collective (NAC) has created an Easy Read Resource Guide for parents with an intellectual disability and people who support them.
The NAC is a group of people who support the rights of parents with an intellectual disability. The NAC includes parents with an intellectual disability, advocates, researchers, and other supporters.

Six examples of an STD (no, not that kind).
I've been calling it sexually transmitted debt since I wrote an article about it more than a decade ago.
The analogy is brutal but accurate: you acquire it through a relationship, you often don't know you have it, and by the time you find out, it's already enforceable.
