This question comes up whenever I'm working with new clients. Maybe you want a sign, an ebook design, a set of social graphics, but what is the purpose? Is it a wayfinding sign, a sign to call attention to a service you offer, or simply to decorate an empty wall?

In context of our lives, we know how well lack of clarity works. "I'm going to the bar, want me to get you something?" "Yes please" ... brings back water instead of wine.
