Filling : pork mince, grated carrots & zucchini, onion , garlic, paprika, garlic & onion powder, sugar, egg yoke, salt & pepper. (Don’t be shy on the seasoning)
Pastry: puff pastry
Finish off with egg wash and sesame seeds

• Sauce : garlic, shallots, mixed exotic mushrooms, white wine, salt & pepper, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, cream , pasta water & truffle cheese.
• finished off with truffles ,truffle dust and a little bit more of some truffle cheese .
